We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Lead to assist our leadership team. You will be working with the senior leadership team and driving the digital presence. You will be responsible for digital marketing end-to-end from market research, running campaigns, implementing new web and digital strategies, social media campaigns, and driving the implementation of marketing technologies to support the customer journeys.

Accountable for
  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department across all digital channels.
  • Build and implement a progressive marketing strategy.
  • Modernize web and digital content including marketing brochures, white paper, blogs and product release bulletins
  • Work closely with product development team on customer journeys and map onboarding process for the products.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Supporting the leadership and marketing team with project organization.
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the marketing projects are completed to successful outcomes.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing marketing surveys.
  • Employing online marketing analytics to gather information from web and social media pages.
  • Composing and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
  • Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
  • Engaging vendors for various marketing and technology activities.
Skills & Experience (Required)
  • You're a people person - you're outgoing, social and comfortable working with all kinds of people and personalities in easy and challenging situations alike.
  • You're a natural leader who has experience driving results within a team.
  • You have an internal accountability engine and not doing it only because someone else told you so.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, with focus on LinkedIn.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and others)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot), and online analytics.
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principals.
  • Must be experienced in creating and updating websites using WordPress.
  • Willing to work till 12pm-1pm US eastern time / 09:30pm to 10:30pm IST.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
