The Schedule Optimizer Module

The Schedule Optimizer module conducts a thorough diagnostic evaluation of your schedule, scrutinizing it against a comprehensive set of 20+ scheduling guidelines and best practices outlined in both the Project Management Institute (PMI) Practice Standard for Scheduling Edition 2 and the US Defence Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14-point assessment guidelines.

Project Schedule Optimizer functions as a COM Add-in specifically designed for Microsoft Project Professional/ Project Desktop Client. Upon successful installation, the Add-in becomes readily accessible within the Microsoft Project Ribbon, under the dedicated Schedule Optimizer Tab.

This specialized COM Add-in, known as the Schedule Optimizer, systematically assesses your project schedule for any instances of non-compliance with the best practices derived from PMI's Practice Standard for Scheduling. The primary objective is to enhance the overall quality and adherence of your schedule to recognized industry standards.

Schedule Optimizer analyses the project data in the current Microsoft Project Plan and displays the total score of the Project plan as per the below Scoring Criteria.
