Project Schedule Optimizer functions as a COM Add-in specifically designed for Microsoft Project Professional/ Project Desktop Client. Upon successful installation, the Add-in becomes readily accessible within the Microsoft Project Ribbon, under the dedicated Schedule Optimizer Tab.

This specialized COM Add-in, known as the Schedule Optimizer, systematically assesses your project schedule for any instances of non-compliance with the best practices derived from PMI's Practice Standard for Scheduling.
