Sr. Scheduler

  • The Sr. Scheduler is responsible for supporting PM’s in project scoping, planning and scheduling; cost and earned value management; change control; problem identification and resolution support. 
  • Periodically review the project status by analyzing actual physical progress and reported activity completion and comparing that information to the project schedule.
  • Prepare summary and detail level reports which are the fundamental monitoring tool to identify progress and problems with projects.
  • Operate in a teamwork environment to resolve schedule and resource constraints.
  • Prepare status reports and provide detailed analysis on project status through the use of scheduling and earned value management techniques and tools.
  • Monitor field activities to identify potential contract changes.
  • Work with the project team, management, and the client to define contract changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Conduct baseline change control in accordance with established procedures.
  • Participate in management reviews, as needed.
  • Education –Bachelor's Degree plus several years of project control experience. Detailed knowledge of project control practices, methods, procedures. PMP/ PMI-SP Certification by the Project Management Institute or Primavera P6 certification is desired.
